- 2+ years experience in an insurance customer service or sales role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident phone manner
- A passionate problem-solver
- Excellent organising skills
- Self-motivated – can work alone and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic business environment
Salary (starting at): £25k + performance related bonus + pension + benefits (Negotiable DOE).
